All right!Im starting week two of my 16 week journey, today was resistance training... WOW! really hard! it was more difficult than week one, i guess that's part of the game, tomorrow is interval training, at least i know what to expect about it LOL, i had been eating all right, just cheated once i think, im already getting results i think, here the stats by the end of this week:

body fat percentage 18%

7% drop in a bit over week is awesome. Congrats, keep it up!
A cheat here and there won't matter much. Sometimes you have to have that pastrami on rye or fish wrapped in prosciuto with a reduced red wine and butter sauce. Just be smart about your choices.
Me, I follow a strict 2k cal daily limit. Most days I eat 5-6 small meals. On those days when I know the wife wants to go out I try to plan accordingly. On days where I'm blind sided, it's an extra cardio work out. :)
