Memoria muscular... SALVAME!!!







































Bueno, en esta ocasión solo colocare fotos de cuando SI estaba en forma y hacia ejercicio regularmente, me alimentaba, etc, solo para recordarme que alguna vez alcance la meta y que la mamoria muscular me puede poner en poco tiempo ahi, asi que solo lo hago como motivación, he llegado a estar aun mas definido que en las fotografias y estaria bueno hacerlo de nuevo pero como ahora es mas una cuestion de salud que de estetica y quiero mantenerme bien, estar como en las fotos y seguir asi seria algo excelente, aunque tirare a mas, animo a todos! y animo a mi jajajaja

Regresando por el buen camino!



Regreso a tomar ahora si el buen camino por las 16 semanas completas, deje todo a las 8 semanas, me imagino que porque ya vi buen progreso, pero ahora que leia de nuevo el blog, WOW! baje 5% de grasa corporal en solo cuatro dias la vez pasada, espero que pueda hacer lo mismo esta vez o talvez hasta un poco mas, ahora estoy 2% peor que la vez pasada jaja, pero nada que no se pueda arreglar, asi que ahora si... A DARLE ATOMOS!

Hey! Me acabo de dar cuenta de algo, que creo que es bueno... supongo jajaja, aunque esta vez peso mucho mas que la vez pasada (87kgs y antes 81) el porcentaje de grasa corporal es basicamente el mismo, (25%) lo cual quiere decir que la mayor parte del peso extra debe ser musculo, y de hecho si segui haciendo gimnasio un tiempo despues de terminar con el programa la vez pasada pero no lleve una dieta adecuada, por lo que puede ser que haya crecido musculo y esta pues cubierto bajo la grasa (wakala jaja), lo cual me hace pensar que voy a tener un avance similar a la vez pasada pero quizas se note algo mas de musculo, lo cual no me caeria nada mal, ya veremos si mi teoria es correcta, y espero que si jajaja... ahora si, por segunda vez, A DARLE ATOMOS!

Im back on track but now im gonna do the 16 weeks from top to bottom, im really motivated cause i just checked out my progress last time, and i droped 5% body fat in just four days, so im hoping this time would be similar...
Hey, i just noticed something, even when nos im heavier than las time by 6 kgs. the body fat percentage is basically the same (25%) so my theory is that most of that extra weight should be muscle, they say it weights more than fat right, and i actually continued going to the gym but not taking care of my diet or doing cardio, and my arms are a little bulkier than last time, so my theory is that im gonna see results similar than last time but with a little more muscle, which would be good, we will see if my theory is correct.

Taking it back!


Ok, I know i haven´t been around a a lot, but here is the thing... i had been so busy! so busy that I had to interrupt my workout, which sucks! im so going backwards, i was feeling so good, but now i gotta take it back again, ride the horse again, now im in my 10th week, trying to stay at least on the las still good poing on my training (week 8) but is hard, anyway, i will try to stay on the way even with this two weeks of delay and i´ll see it as a small break, so im starting fase two, let´s say is a 18 weeks program for me LOL, anyway, there´s my progress till week 8, ill post week 9, 10, and 11 later, see ya! and keep going, don´t do like me LOL!

Finishing week 5


So, this is my last resistance training day from week 5, pretty intense, but cool, the interval was really hard the first day, but now im taking it relly good, been doing fine with the eating, not missing any workout, im really motivated, still a long way to go, but i think im doing fine, don´t have stats, but here the progress pics, im starting to feel stronger and to see some progress, i hope i will be noticing those abs some weeks from now and keep going to week 16 and beyond, so, stay motivated, and keep going too people!

Week 4

Ok, i´m starting week 4, today is interval training, im doing fine, i like the results till now, it seems this week is gonna be a little heavier on the resistance than the last one, but is worth it, the weather is getting better, however kinda cold still so the interval is pretty challenging, i like that though, i feel like rocky or somthing, lol, anyway, just passing by, good luck to everybody that is going on this journey or the tyler durden 12 week workout, or any other workout for that matter, do something good for your body, work really hard, and you´ll have great benefits, take care people! i´ll be posting pics of my progress again on week 5, see ya!

On my third week


Hey there people! it´s me again, i know i haven´t been updating in a while, but i had been kinda upset, sad, you know, my girl dumped me, but well... that´s life im not gonna let that take me down, so I keep going with this 16 week challenge, plus is a distraction, and boy, i need it right now, anyway, her lost, in another 13 weeks ill be a ripped six pack abs stud with a beautiful hot girl that really cares about me by my side LOL, ok, enough with the sissyness, let´s get tough! lol, i had been doing pretty well, not measuring lately though, so i don´t know the stats this week, i like what i see in the mirror though, it´s getting cold in here so is getting harder too, since im from acapulco mexico, so cold weather is not for me, however i had been doing my interval training as always, eating fine, and the resistance training...for my surprise, easier than i thought, after week one and two, piece of cake, anyway, there i post pics of my first day, end of first week and end of second week, im now on my third week, posting soon more progress! see ya , and keep going with your goals too!

starting week 2

All right!Im starting week two of my 16 week journey, today was resistance training... WOW! really hard! it was more difficult than week one, i guess that's part of the game, tomorrow is interval training, at least i know what to expect about it LOL, i had been eating all right, just cheated once i think, im already getting results i think, here the stats by the end of this week:
