Hoy es jueves 3 de Enero, mi cuarto dia de entrenamiento, hoy me toco hacer interval (cardio), estuvo muy dificil, sude un chorro, pero aun puedo soportarlo, ayer que fue mi segundo dia de resistance training me di cuenta que fue mas facil que el primer dia asi que espero que poco a poco pueda ir aumentando los niveles de ejercicio, seguimos en la primera semana! (subire fotos pronto)

Since i was asked to post in english to follow my progress ( thanks for the interest in advance) i will post spanish/english blog, i apologize for the spelling mistakes that could be on the english part lol, im from mexico, so..., anyway, today was my 4rth day of training, with interval training, it was pretty exhausting but i can take it, yesterday was my second day of resistance training and i could notice progress in strenght compared with the first day so i am confident about me being able to follow the entire program, im still on first week but start to see some progress, here the stats: ( i will post pics soon)
Despues de 4 dias, mi indice de grasa corporal ha bajado 5%

weight: 176.36 pounds
35 ft waist
body fat percentage: 20%
This after 4 days, so im really excited and motivated to see this really works, and works fast i think, still on first week, looking forward!
