Finishing week 5


So, this is my last resistance training day from week 5, pretty intense, but cool, the interval was really hard the first day, but now im taking it relly good, been doing fine with the eating, not missing any workout, im really motivated, still a long way to go, but i think im doing fine, don´t have stats, but here the progress pics, im starting to feel stronger and to see some progress, i hope i will be noticing those abs some weeks from now and keep going to week 16 and beyond, so, stay motivated, and keep going too people!

ok so how do you do it? what's the secret? nah... but seriously, what's your diet so far? i wanna be able to see the results as good as the ones you've had in such a short time... ppl started to get results in like week 8 or 9 in the first challenge, and now there's you who is getting abs in week 5... any help would be greatly appreciated...
